During your stay, we will be on hand to welcome you and answer any questions.
To ensure optimum comfort for everyone, we ask that you respect the maximum of 10 guests for this property and that other than babies, you do not exceed this limit.
We also ask that guests treat the property with respect inside and out, and ask that before leaving, guests:
- empty the fridge, ensuring nothing is left behind
- empty the dishwasher
- empty the rubbish bins
- put back any furniture, lamps, chairs or other objects into their original places

Bookings are accepted for a minimum of 2 nights, or 3 nights during Bank-Holiday weekends and holiday periods.
Housekeeping fee for your arrival and after your departure: 200 €
The final price given for your booking will include the tourism tax.
Check-in time is between 5pm and 10pm
Check-out is before 11am (please ensure that you vacate by this time)
This is a non-smoking property throughout
The only pets that we accept are well-behaved, house-trained dogs up to 8kg
Guests are NOT allowed to use the property to host parties

Health and Safety
We are committed to cleaning the property thoroughly between bookings. During the COVID pandemic, guests must adhere to the laws and social rules concerning social distancing and face masks. The house is fitted with smoke detectors.
